Shawn is the Children’s Minister at Williamstown Christian Church in Williamstown, Kentucky. Shawn has been a member of this congregation for 20 years. He currently serves as a Deacon which he has for the last 5 years. He is an Alumnus of Kentucky Christian College (now known as Kentucky Christian University) which he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Minor in Bible and Communications.

Shawn enjoys being with and around children. He is actively involved in children’s lives in all aspects from Church, to coaching, to raising 2 of his own. Other passions Shawn enjoys are basketball and golf, and spending time with his family and friends.

His beautiful bride is Martha, wife of 11 years – they have 2 children, Kyle and Abby.

Joey Lewis

Youth Minister | e-mail

 

Joey joined the staff of WCC in October 2006 as Youth Minister. He graduated from Kentucky Christian University in 2003 and served in student ministry in Harrison County for three years. Joey has been married to his wife, Lacy, for 3 years and they have two dogs, Chester and Petey.

Joey is a "True Blue" fan of the Kentucky Wildcats and also gets excited about fantasy football, cooking (not as much as eating), movies, fishing, video games, Starbucks and tons of other stuff. He gets most excited about helping adult leaders and students REACH, CONNECT, GROW, DISCOVER, and HONOR.

Lorrie Richerson

Lorrie serves as secretary/administrative assistant here at Williamstown Christian Church. She is a native of Grant County and a graduate of Grant County High School. She has also worked extensively in the public for the past 30 years where she excelled in computer operations.

Lorrie is a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Jonesville where she serves as pianist. An abrupt career change several years ago allotted her the time to organize mission work, and she now is serving as director of WMU at her church. She previously worked with youth in Sunday School as a teacher and ministering to youth through “Chris’ Friends” through the 1990’s at Macedonia, and served as assistant Acteen leader, Children’s choir leader, organist and assistant pianist at Gardnersville Baptist Church in the 1980’s.

Lorrie resides in Jonesville with her husband, Todd, of twenty years. They have a son, Alec, who is a recent graduate of Grant County High School and is part of R/T Racing. Alec races his ATV (#151) in local and state circuits. Lorrie's passions include playing piano, photography, and riding ATV’s.
