3-week fast or a 1-week fast

Acceptable Foods:

All fruits and Veggies
All beans and legumes
All nuts
All tofu
Agave Nectar*
Soy, Coconut, and Almond Milk
Pasta (Whole-grain flour and water, no eggs or white flour)
All Whole Grains (whole grain brown rice, whole wheat flour)

Unacceptable Foods:

All meat
All egg products
white rice
soy sauce and vinegar (both made through a fermentation process similar to wine)
baking powder
All sea food, chicken, and beef broth
All dairy
fried foods
carbonated beverages
caffeinated beverages
white sugar and any item that contains it
grains that have been bleached
cream of tart (a by product of wine making)
artificial sweeteners (Splenda, NutraSweet, Sweet’n’low)
